Return and exchange policy for electronic devices The customer has the right to exchange or return within 7–14 days from the date of receipt The device must be in factory condition, unused Covered cases: - Manufacturing defect or technical malfunction → repair, replacement, or return - Non-compliance with specifications or description → replacement or return - Personal preference → replacement or return, provided the device is unopened or unused After opening the device: - Returns or exchanges are only accepted if there is a manufacturing defect or the device does not work Exclusions: - Customized products according to the customer's request - Devices damaged from misuse or tampering Full refund, including VAT, via the same payment method In case of order rejection, the reason is clarified to the customer, and they have the right to file a complaint through the Ministry of Commerce (commercial report or call 1900)
